Year 2 have been learning new mathematical language.

We now know that mass is when we measure the weight of an object.

We have been comparing the weight of objects around the classroom

A glue stick is heavier than a pencil.

A ruler is light than a glue stick.

What units of measure are used when weighing objects?

Today Year 2 have been identifying different types of sentences.
We are beginning to understand that exclamations can begin with ‘How‘ and ‘What‘.
